Déroulement de la formation
You can get started right after your registration! The digital course is immediately on your profile page. The paper version will be posted immediately and you will receive it quickly at home. Thanks to the flexibility of a home study you study where and when you want. You will receive a year-long guidance from a passionate top teacher / cupcake freak who practically helps you and creatively challenges you through your online learning platform. So you are not alone! If you are ready, take your exam at one of our exam locations and if you pass, you will receive the diploma!
Matériel nécessaire
You will receive specially developed, loose-leaf teaching material in a handy storage folder. You do not have to purchase additional books and therefore have everything you need to make your home study a success. Your textbook contains practical questions at the end of each chapter, comparable to the exam questions. This way, you will be thoroughly prepared when you are ready to obtain your diploma!
Expérience pratique et stage
Do you want to gain practical work experience before your exam? Then follow an internship. Drop in at a bakery or pastry chef in your area, tell a little more about your education and ask for a nice internship. During an internship you gather extra practical experience and you get to know new people from the professional field. This is useful for later, because an internship is the best step to a top job like Baker.
You can choose the period, place and duration of the internship yourself. Have you found an educational internship? Then request an internship agreement from your training consultant. Complete this document together with your internship provider and return it to us. You can then start immediately, with a maximum of 300 internship hours. Make sure you have completed everything before obtaining your diploma. You are of course not required to do an internship.
Examen et diplôme
After completing the course, you take a theoretical and practical exam at one of our exam locations. You choose your own exam time. Do you score at least 60% on both exams? Bravo, you passed! You will receive the diploma Cupcake baking by post. With this diploma you are immediately employable on the labor market as Baker. If you want to start as a self-employed person in primary or secondary occupation, it is also useful to also do the home study Start your own business to follow. That course will prepare you perfectly for your new adventure.
